Voice UI

Voice design is the process of planning and mapping all the possible interactions that might occur between a voice recognition system and an end user. As a voice designer I have helped to create dialog flows that successfully guide users. I work in a variety of diverse projects with my customers where I help create flows for insurance companies, telecommunication companies, and delivery companies. Once all the requirements and flows are finalized, I also help with the optimization process. This requires us to go through data and analyze the aspects of the automated system that are failing or not operating as designed.
